My team uses https://www.donut.com/ and https://officevibe.com/ but I'm pretty sure we're on the free tier for both. Do you work in a team that pays monthly for any cool Slack apps or integrations? Check levels.fyi , SoundCloud Level4, Level5 are barely reaching 100K with YOE 8-10 years. N26 - L4(Senior), L5(Lead) have avg TC around 80-85 and 100-105 respectively. Yes definitely. Glassdoor is useful here, look at pay at companies that employ FPGA/ASIC engineers. Intel/Altera ; Amd/Xilinx ; Nvidia ; etc... etc. levels.fyi is useful as well. Source: 6 months ago
