You can replace "::" in the code for more optional features/settings. I would recommend installing Notepad 2 mod to delete (Ctrl+h and replace "::" with nothing) them faster. Source: about 4 years ago

I've played around with some programs and websites (eg Audacity and mp3cut.net) and for slowing down audio tracks to 75% they sound fine, but not so much at 50%. I've read here that recording at a high sample rate (88.2kHz) may be able to help, but I was wondering if there's a specific program someone could recommend for my purposes? Source: about 2 years ago
I second what the person below me said. For myself, I use https://mp3cut.net/. This one lets you either upload from a URL or from your computer. Once you're done tweaking your ringtone with an optional beginning and/or ending fade effect, you can send the file to yourself in an email and download it to your phone. Source: over 2 years ago
