   Always backup your Office 365 data

   Microsoft Office 365 is an amazing software that helps companies establish their business, so a backup is a must since Microsoft is not offering the proper backup.

• Data Encryption & Search

  There’s another service I’ve tried called NoteJoy that might be what you’re looking for. It’s not on the same level of Evernote, but it’s also catching up. They can do note creation of emails, and they offer end-to-end encryption, but their mobile clipping kinda sucks, and they don’t support tables (yet), but those are features planned for 2023. • which note-taking app are you using or used in past other than evernote?

  I am currently checking out NoteJoy, which offers nested notebooks, code snippets, a web clipper and bi-directional linking. So far, I have enjoyed it and the synchronisation across devices is fast. The web clipper is not as good as Evernote's offering but it does pull the text and links with a link for the website at the top of the note. Source: almost 2 years ago

• What's the best cross platform notes taking app?

  Notejoy has been my go to for a few years now. Works great on iOS, Android, and Mac. Haven’t used it on PC but I’m sure it’s the same experience. I like the hierarchical notebook layout. Notes are stored in markdown so it’s easy to move the data to another app if it’s not right for you. Source: over 2 years ago

  When our users go to office.com, login and click the waffle for SharePoint, I want to change this landing page. Right now, it goes to https://ourdomain.sharepoint.com/_layouts/15/sharepoint.aspx and once users are in SP, if they ever click the home button it will direct them to this page as well. • Has anyone seen same behavior with AAD laptops reaching out to internal DCs on ports 88, 389, and 445

  Authentication happens through a 3rd party so when we try to login to office.com with our company accounts it redirect us to this 3rd party company that handles our logins. Source: 6 months ago

• Where is the Copilot in Excel?

  I've looked in office.com (using Chrome) and Excel 365 for Mac (Version 16.79). Nothing in the top-right corner except "Analyze Data". And when I try to search for in the the Tell Me or Help menu, it acts like it has no idea what Copilot is. Source: 7 months ago
