I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these... This method only works for people who have just been banned for the first time but what I did was go on the site https://freephonenum.com and add one of those numbers when wizz asks you to sign up. If you don’t get a code just keep trying the other numbers they offer until you see the code pop up. This actually worked for me the first time I got banned. doesn’t work again after that.
