The reason you want static ip is because when you have dynamic dns, it takes time for the DNS records to update when your IP changes. There is no NGAV consumer AV offering in the sense that they don't need constant signature updates like SentinelOne.   I would use Bitdefender Free or Kaspersky Free over Windows Defender and Malwarebytes. The free versions of either of these two are more than enough for a personal computer.
