   Best tool for my team

  This is similar to my use case for EN, and the closest I've found is Nimbus. I don't know about email, but it has OCR, pretty robust web clipping functionality, and a document scanner (although I find the document scanner a lil wonky at the moment). Source: about 1 year ago
