Https://vdo.ninja/ I've seen people use this to share models at consistently high quality. A video call works. https://ndi.tv/ I've seem a few people use for spout2 images which are better resource wise and very decent quality. And there are a few other solutions. Source: over 1 year ago
My church uses a popular church software called ProPresenter to mix together a live video camera feed + words and lyrics to an NDI video signal, NDI.tv has a tool that I am able to easily capture and convert the video signal into a virtual camera, but Im currently battling through figuring out how to capture the audio signal. I do not use a Video Capture Card, instead I opted to use NDI (ndi.tv) tools to transmit video over my 1gbps ethernet. I remember seeing an audio option (which I've never used), and thought...wait...this may be a perfect use-case for the new 'audience mix' output from the Mix Create Software.
