Cronitor might be a bit more popular than NewsBlur. We know about 20 links to it since March 2021 and only 20 links to NewsBlur. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
I also use it for its Popular Bookmarks - I subscribed to its RSS feed in NewsBlur and always have something interesting to read when my other feeds are Empty (they rarely are). - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
There's a bunch of replacements. I like https://newsblur.com but there are 4-6 large-ish similar sites. That said, partially what people miss is the relative cultural hegemony of Google Reader. It was RSS front-and-center, prominently featured on websites, supported by the biggest company in tech, with all the users there and able to take advantage of the (sparse) social features. - Source: Hacker News / 8 months ago
Https://newsblur.com/ I think this might be pretty close to what you're looking for. It's an RSS feed reader with a platform for discussions. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Currently I'm on Newsblur. But it's really convoluted to Self host - to my "shame" I use their cloud hosted app with premium. It's (over)laden with features that I actually use and cheaper than for example Feedly. Source: 11 months ago
I start every day with RSS subscriptions using NewsBlur (https://newsblur.com) and Reeder (https://reederapp.com). I've also set up a page so other people can see my subscriptions / what I'm reading: https://sources.werd.io. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Cronitor.io - Performance insights and uptime monitoring for cron jobs, websites, APIs and more. A free tier with five monitors. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
We'll use Cronitor to set up alerting so that we receive a notification when queue wait times become too high. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
Looks like your usage cases should be using https://cronitor.io for cheaper money. AWS is a total rip off, unless you are some corporation with plenty of money to wast. Just go with a VPS like Herznet, DO, lino for other hosting. Installing Linux is not that difficult now days. - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
Https://cronitor.io/ is another option here that works for me. You can set up rules like "It should run once a day and return after at least this amount of time and also return a number greater than 1" Then just use come curl calls to your scripts at start and end and you are good to go. - Source: Hacker News / 9 months ago
There are some good (free!) monitors out there, I have used and like healthchecks.io and cronitor.io. Source: 11 months ago
Feedly - The content you need to accelerate your research, marketing, and sales.
Healthchecks.io - Monitor your cron jobs and scheduled tasks, get notified when they fail.

Cronhub - Cronhub helps you to easily monitor all your cron jobs in a beautiful dashboard. It alerts you when your cron job doesn't run on time or it fails.
Tiny Tiny RSS - Web-based news feed aggregator, designed to allow you to read news from any location, while feeling...
Cronly - Keep track of your cron jobs and SSL certificates. Don't let them fail unnoticed.
