For many years, I used Feedity for generating RSS feeds from webpages without one. They've since renamed to New Sloth, and also have a nice although basic feed reader. Another RSS creation tool for non-tech-savvy persons is Feedfry. It looks for patterns on a webpage from which it automatically create feeds. Its automated nature makes it quick and easy to set up for most webpages. But the downside of the automation is that sometimes it cannot find the correct patterns on a webpage. Source: 11 months ago
