Not sure if you need to connect to Anki specifically, or just have support for flashcards. If it is the latter, check out https://neuracache.com. Looks very interesting and has integration with Notion. I have not used it yet, though. Source: about 1 year ago

Since I do brainstorm, I'd recommend getting your ideas out of your head into something. That's called a braindump and it's done by lots of people including those who have a lot of tasks they'd like to do. If they dump all their thoughts they may realize that they were trying many many many important things in their head.
