We develop our products mainly in C#, JavaScript, and Microsoft SQL.

In addition to providing one of the best ITSM solutions for Microsoft 365 with advanced IT asset management features, we are highly customer-centric. To us, our customer is not just a number in a database, but an equal business partner.

What makes your product unique?

ALVAO's answer:

The product is primarily designed for Microsoft-centric companies and users using Microsoft products. Therefore, all aspects align with this philosophy, including UI, UX, and much of the back-end. The tool is fully integrated into commonly used Microsoft products such as Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint to ensure that our customers can use its full potential.

What's the story behind your product?

ALVAO's answer:

We have been on the IT market since our inception, founded by two graduates, over 20 years ago. During that time, we have done more than 1,000 successful implementations in medium-sized and large companies, such as Linet, Hartmann Rico or oncomed.
