I had a roommate who would blast music so loud that I couldn't stand it. I was able to access our wifi network app which showed connected devices. I use MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid-2014) with Manjaro as OS using i3 as a window manager. It isn't perfect, but I'm thrilled with it.
