NO! NO! NO! To nomad. The Verizon jetpack SUCKS. But it gets the job done. The base plan is only 10gb of high speed data then your throttled to 600kbps which is literally not usable. Look into netbuddy.co 75 a month but you do have to purchase a router. I currently use them and works 9 times out of 10. I understand that year-round weather might be important factor for you. But I would still say that the fundament of nomad lifestyle (both historical and current) is following important patterns (of weather, animals, prices, interests...), so whether somewhere one of this factor is stable (year-round) is not so important when you are nomad, as you can harmonise your changing places with the change of these...
