There's an odd little retro dungeon crawler called Paper Sorcerer that might work for you. It's always high contrast, but I think some areas are light mode instead of dark mode so you might need something that can invert the colors at points (I'm not sure if something like NegativeScreen would work in games). With discord, you should checkout the mod-versions. I use vesktop/vencord - https://vencord.dev/ - which supports plugins/themes natively. I was mostly using this cause discord video/audio support in linux is crap and this works better. Source: 6 months ago
