There's an odd little retro dungeon crawler called Paper Sorcerer that might work for you. It's always high contrast, but I think some areas are light mode instead of dark mode so you might need something that can invert the colors at points (I'm not sure if something like NegativeScreen would work in games). My recommendation is to sign up for codecademy.com and create an account to learn SQL over there. Also use sqlbolt.com because both of these websites provide detailed interactive SQL tutorials that should help you write it.
