If your concern is complete decentralization then you fail to understand the sole purpose of XRP. BTC & XRP will co-exist. I suggest visiting https://ripple.com/ and reading to understand more about the vision and direction ripple has with XRP. It's obviously not a Crypto aimed at cypherpunks.
