For more routine work that isn't as deep but is still cognitively demanding, I usually stay at my desk and put on a post-rock playlist and https://mynoise.net/ on top of it (I like Irish coast), so loud that any other noise gets blocked out. Spotify needs to license https://mynoise.net and include their dozens of soundscapes into the Spotify client.
