Actually, the management fees are much lower than that, check out mynd.co. Also, I am looking at getting a reputable home warranty company to check the maintenance issues in check. The only unknown costs are two things 1. How low will the houses go? I have a lot of paper gains, I don't want to lose them. 2. This happens, sadly, if you don't do your homework. If you go with something like Chargemap or ShellRecharge you're going to have a bad awakening. If you want to be able to travel for cheap, go to Chargeprice and check the prices there. Also, look at EnBW for example, they have a good charging network support while keeping the costs at about 49ct/kWh, depends on the country you want to drive through. For the...
