r/japanesemusic is a great resource. Every submission is there because a subscriber thought it was fantastic. You can use reddit.musicplayer.io to listen to the whole subreddit as a playlist. It only works for YouTube and SoundCloud links, not Spotify or Bandcamp. Source: almost 2 years ago

I punch genre-specific subs into https://reddit.musicplayer.io/ and just set to play for a while. Soundcloud can be good too but is more manual effort. The USB-C port (even on the non-pro) supports Display Port though, which I think can be quite useful if you pair it with an external mouse and keyboard and have apps that support "extended screen" mode [0].
