Mugshot Bot automates the process, across your entire blog. Drop in one line of HTML and when you share your post on Twitter or Facebook a dynamic image is generated based on your content.
Pro accounts can automate images for their entire blog via a URL, including color and theme customizations. Free (forever!) accounts need to create images via the web UI first.

Does anyone know how to find the implementation / service in use at github for this? The blog post has no additional details, nothing. I dug deep into this topic a few weeks ago and actually build a svg + placeholder => png render service. First up - inspite of you getting positive feedback for the idea from your connections, put together a concept page using any of the template based site builders like a umso.com, webflow.com etc. And run a simple experiment to see how many of your target audience signs up to get an early bird access to your biz/product.
