Yeah in 4 days according to this estimate we will get to the new difficulty adjustment. The largest mining country in the world banned mining and we got a few days of delayed transactions. I've been looking for one as well to set it and forget it for long term DCA. Unfortunately, I do not understand and trust the products enough to blindly buy these tokens like I would SPY. There is crypto20 (c20) - not available for US and smarthodl.io's large cap index looks like a good passively managed product but simply not enough data to do the due diligence.
