It does let you start a webserver from your phone and use it on your desktop if you really have to, but the workflow is not ideal. If you have the ability to selfhost, Actual budget has been my go to for budgeting. I just input bank transactions usually weekly and assign the transaction to it's appropriate category. Source: 12 months ago
