Some tools that I would use to stay organized include Jira, monday.com, Notion, or Trello. Each has its own advantages. Personally, I use monday dev. It lets you keep track of all your projects and tasks in one place and collaborate with your team in real time. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
With the newer, online work management tools that have project management features (ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.), several have free versions and you have the ability to create a custom field that you can use for the assignee, ignoring the built-in field that requires a licensed user or guest. I'm thinking about using small to medium group projects in my classroom to teach students the basics of project management (breaking big tasks into smaller ones, assigning roles, identifying dependencies, estimating effort/duration, tracking progress, etc.) I can do it using google sheets, but I was curious if anyone here has leveraged online tools like monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc. In the educational space. Love it! Will check it out later today when I'm at my desk. Usually I have to use a service like artboard.studio for this. Keep adding more mockups in a variety of different styles (realism, wireframe, clay, etc...) and you got a winner on your hands. Source: 11 months ago

Hey I would suggest you start looking at the website mobbin.design - It should really help you identify what modern apps are looking like. In addition it allows you to filter screens by the different elements that they contain, which is very useful when you are creating a similiar product. Also this website artboard.studio allows you to mockup your screens quickly and easily with free mockups. Hope I helped :). Source: about 3 years ago
