Https://mixkit.co (hopefully this link works if not you can google it) I did get a copyright claim once, but that was just because some video made by someone(which was a compilation of royalty free music I might add) included that song. The Character Creator has a license wherein if you use it for non-commercial products (ie - a free game) you can do whatever more or less, and if you are using them for a commercial product a license to do so starts at $5.
