Shit spac, prohibitively expensive camera . Most real estate agents are part time, they tend to be super cheap and would prefer to interface with clients face to face . Its also a tech thats been around forever based on this ( https://krpano.com/). Source: almost 3 years ago
If you're doing 360 panoramic virtual tours, those aren't 3D so VR isn't necessary. Tools like krpano.com can build out your tours (manually), and krpano does support some extrapolated pseudo 3D which looks pretty cool. Source: about 3 years ago
