Missive is by far the best collaborative email app for small/medium teams. I've tried many of them over the years and Missive just stands out. Also their team is super responsive and push bug fixes and new features weekly.
Front might be a bit more popular than Missive. We know about 18 links to it since March 2021 and only 14 links to Missive. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.
Another alternative that many ClickUp users rely on is Missive (https://missiveapp.com). It offers similar functionality to Front but at a more affordable price. However, let's be honest, it still revolves around converting emails into URL links within ClickUp tasks and vice versa in the email app. The aesthetics leave much to be desired, and with the updated way links are displayed in task comments or with... Missive is a really good email client and made us love email again. It's not cheap (they have a free version) but it's great and still cheaper than Superhuman. Source: 11 months ago
So, I am currently setting up an array of self hosted solutions for our dev team including chat, wiki, etc. The only thing missing is some sort of collaborative Team-Mail Client like Spark, Missive, Front and the sorts. Source: over 1 year ago

I love Streak for singleplayer but prefer Missive or Front for collaboration. It would be awesome if someone can turn Gmail into a collaboration hub like https://missiveapp.com/ or Front with this SDK. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
I considered trying to use one of the integration user licenses ($10 a month) or maybe something else? These emails are coming from the "Front" email service (front.com). Source: 5 months ago
Google image search say it's this: https://front.com/. Source: 11 months ago
I also googled "Shift alternatives" and found front.com which has a web application. Source: 12 months ago
I agree with others in this thread that app-based is probably the way to go - especially if you're just building for one person. Just be sure she enables push notifications with the same settings as SMS. Others have mentioned Frontline (FYI: this product is end-of-sale), Crisp, and SpokePhone. I would also add Front as a potential app to check out as they have similar functionality. Source: about 1 year ago
For the inbox with messages, email, sms and web chat, I think Front may be what you're looking for. Source: about 1 year ago
