  Ive had pretty good luck finding feeds for stuff I want to subscribe to. There isn't always an explicit rss link but you'd be surprised how many blog platforms provide a /rss or /feed endpoint by default.   For how to actively distribute the newsletters if you go the email route there’s several services (unless you’re cool with just whacking everyone’s email into a BCC list and sending manually, of course) you might find Tiny Letter useful. It’s 100% free and intended for exactly this sort of content and handles important things like unsubscribe functionality. That said is does seem to require a postal address that...
