On the newest version of minecraft, open it, click multiplayer, then click "add server", then type "minehut.com" in the server address. Then, click done and then click the server you just created. Once your in, click the compass and then click the oak sign "Create Server". This will create your own server with /op. Do you mean like Omegle in Minecraft? If so, I don't know how, but there is a way on certain server hosting things to join their main "hub" server and from there join a random server hosted with that server hosting thing. One I know of is Minehut. There are videos of people doing just that--search up "joining random people's minecraft servers" or similar. Source: about 1 year ago

If you bought a different version (Windows 10 Edition, mobile, console) then I can't help you. Source: about 1 year ago

The sidebar has plenty of hosts for you to choose from. Additionally, I personally use A2 hosting (https://a2hosting.com) for my hosting needs. They've been a pleasure to work with over the last few years. Source: about 2 years ago
