   Saves me at least 5 hours a week

   I use to do my one on ones manually and had a slew of questions I'd run through. Now I have my reports answer the questions and leave a response of the most important things we can discuss when in our one on one.

   Now I have a historical record of everything that is important, we spend time talking about what is most important for them that week, and we save nearly 30-45min per one on one.

  If you are in the US, it is fairly easy to get Ketamine therapy as it became legal in 2019.   My insurance covers ketamine treatments but none of the Ketamine centers around Madison accept it. It's expensive as hell. I considered the online thing mindbloom.com which is significantly cheaper but I"ve read some not very good things about it. Source: about 1 year ago

  Mindbloom.com is another option. Same general idea, you don't need to to leave the house. It's closer to $400 a month though, but has a larger staff from what I gather, and offers zoom therapy with your treatments (sometimes there's a 100 off coupon -- not right now unforch, just checked-- maybe next month).
