Finally, you need a program to convert the MIDI commands into keystrokes that Sky can understand. I'm using a program called Midikey2Key. Using a mini controller to trigger

This is a MIDI controller, although for most people, the original functionality isn't as useful as being able to convert the inputs to hotkeys or macros and turn this into a budget Stream Deck or in-game macro controller. This is usually done with MidiKey2Key, AutoHokey, and/or Voicemeeter. There's also an OBS plugin that appears to still work but hasn't updated in years. Source: about 1 year ago
