  Https://sway.office.com/ This has a lot of option for layouts. You share a link and it scales to the device that's being used. I just did a little test and you can save images just like any other image in browser. Source: almost 2 years ago

  For iOS, I placed a syncthing folder inside my iCloud directory and it works fairly well. My MacBook, an always-on Pi, and a few other boxes run syncthing for a directory full of Markdown files that I use with Notational Velocity[0] on Mac and 1Writer[1] (highly recommended!) on iOS.
