I've had decent success tracking down titles with Reelgood (https://reelgood.com/), which is basically a streaming aggregator. Also, it's not streaming but I actually got about a dozen Vinegar Syndrome and Partner Label titles on disc from my local library. Source: 10 months ago

I moved from Roku to Chrome cast with googletv to use deep linking that most devices are no longer supporting. I use the reelgood.com app on my cell or website on my laptop to cast. I also use justwatch.com to open shows/movies to open the app you select to stream from. Source: 11 months ago
