All Office programs, and most 'big' editors have outlining modes, but to me the small size is a necessary feature; Unhelpful Linux developers have often suggested that I use emacs in org-mode - but since I need to save 10.000's of files, each together with the creating software, a 600 MB installation is not what I want...
