I don't know if this is quite what you're looking for or not, but there's a program I use called Memento Database (https://mementodatabase.com/) that would probably work great for that. You could make a database with an entry for each person, and a tags field where you could tag them with various attributes, and then you can search for any tag or combination of tags. I've been using Tellico for a few years now. You can retrieve metadata from a number of sources, search for books based on ISBN and other factors, and even track lending.
