MemberPress BloomerangNOT recommended at all! We had a terrible experience with Bloomerang. In addition to awful customer services, the hidden charges to upgrade the packages made their services pathetic. Those charges were kept 'hidden' at the time of signing up. Seems like minimizing customer benefits and maximizing the company profit at any cost is their only agenda. Such wastage of money and time with these highly expensive and not-at-all-worth-it services.
Based on our record, MemberPress should be more popular than Bloomerang. It has been mentiond 10 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

Probably the best - and in the long run easiest - is to set up a membership solution that has different levels, something like this - https://memberpress.com/, thats a bit more work in the start, but after that its nearly automatic, where each member only has their own password, log in, and get access to the materials they have purchased. It sounds like membership really is a good idea. Two plugins that I think would work for you (since you want to sell access) would be the pro version of Easy Digital Downloads (https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-digital-downloads/) or MemberPress (https://memberpress.com) which also offers membership to downloads.
