Melio has a simple, yet fitting tool set, at an incredibly affordable rate for any small business. That’s why I would recommend Melio over Bill.com for any small business in the US.

Would you use Paddle, Chargebee, Chargify, or just Stripe?
The value that those services provide is a single solution for both PayPal and Stripe. It's tempting, but paying someone forever like that isn't ideal. I would roll Stripe to start, then implement Braintree for PayPal at a later time.

    I Use Melio Payments (https://meliopayments.com/) - You can set up a free account and you can have them send you money or you can send out money via ACH (which is free) or use a debit or credit card account (Fee associated). I use it to pay my sub contractors weekly. You can only see the last 4 digits of the banking info once you have sent or received it. Ive been using them for almost 2 years and no complains.
