I bought Elder Scrolls on Steam, but Steam's bad cloud service makes me turn on offline mode, I'm fed up with it, I need a crack file for The Elder Scrolls, I found one at https://megagames.com, but the version is too old. Source: about 2 years ago

Try, running as administrator, installing another game patch/crack from https://gf.wiretarget.com/ or https://megagames.com/ if nothing works try downloading all redists, frameworks, libraries or whatever that are required for your game. If really nothing works, maybe try downloading a Steam Emulator for your game. Source: almost 3 years ago

A computer gamer will find a community at GameFAQs or IGN Boards for example. And you can have very specialized communities for example for a specific computer game series, or if you're into Subaru Imprezas there's a whole forum for that as well called NASIOC, and many other non-tech topics too.
