It has been a rich experience with Weebly. The platform provides nice user interface and payment gateway options, though it becomes expensive with every addon feature.
Based on our record, Medium seems to be a lot more popular than Weebly. While we know about 2218 links to Medium, we've tracked only 10 mentions of Weebly. If our standard is cool math, crypto is also full of cool math. (Have you read Vitalik's explanation of Quadratic Arithmetic Programs?) Our standard can't be that low. https://medium.com/@VitalikButerin/quadratic-arithmetic-programs-from-zero-to-hero-f6d558cea649. - Source: Hacker News / about 6 hours ago
I created a simplified implementation of AlphaFold 3 (limited strictly to protein monomers) in PyTorch to see if it was possible to train on a single GPU. Rather than aiming to reproduce the accuracy of the original paper, the goal was only to generate plausible looking 3D protein structures. This turned out to be harder than expected - you can find a more in depth write up at... - Source: Hacker News / about 24 hours ago

A few weeks ago I read his essay "What We Might Mean When We Say a Clock is Wrong" and found it very compelling. He's an excellent writer. https://medium.com/@108/what-we-might-mean-when-we-say-a-clock-is-wrong-5f055ff631a6. - Source: Hacker News / 6 days ago
- How can I export all the site data (including media - images etc, and static data - js, css, if relevant?) so that I can import it into weebly.com? Is there an export/import option in the weebly site builder? I can't find much documentation online on this ... I'm hoping I can just export to XML, JSON or something and then do a straight import on the weebly.com side - or am I being too optimistic? Source: about 1 year ago

I use a free account at weebly.com. I have created a web page for each ancestor and then post photos and information. The thing I like is the content can be updated as I find new things. I don't use the site as a blog but you could: https://www.weebly.com/features/start-a-blog. I suggest that you also have a look at wordpress.com and wix.com. It is easy to get started if you decide that you would like your own... Source: over 1 year ago
