   A real winner for graphic tablets !

   I use Mypaint since many years, for graphic palets worskhops with children , and I have just positive feelings about it. Many tools, rather easy to use, and great compatibility with my Wacom. Recommanded.

  The organization and ideas should transcend an individual. The organization right now seems headed for irrelevance, when the ideas seem to be really more needed now that ever. Right now he’s and his camp are in charge, so if he and the group want to run it into the ground so be it. Hopefully the ideas live on and some group can carry it forward. • Self-Hosting Public-Facing NextCloud Server

  Personally, I wouldn't use Nextcloud for photos. Instead, I'd look at Lychee, Media Goblin or something dedicated to photo hosting. Lychee looks great, but turned me off because when I looked at it, it seemed to be like Apple Photos in that it puts image files in a database file instead of just raw files in folders.   Essentially, I've found the more time you have to spend spend learning the apps and/or using its tools, the less time you have to actually enjoy the art of creating. Try apps that cut down the friction between you and your art; Krita, MyPaint, etc. Would be my first suggestions since they're free, then maybe ArtRage, or Sketchbook Pro if money is not a concern. • Simple Art Program for Linux (not professional program)

  Mypaint (http://mypaint.org/) is simpler to use than Krita. Krita can be 'simplified' a bit by closing some of the unnecessary docked tools on the right. Source: almost 2 years ago
