I run Kodi as the interface for all my media servers on the 2019 Pro without issue, tho I also use MCM to setup all my metadata manually with my content as I rip it (not the internal scrappers & Kodi only reads it/nevr changes anything) so I'm in control of everything it downloads & the size thereof. If you don't need it to be a web app or a service, try out Tellico. I use it to track my physical books, comics, and video games. It can fetch metadata from a bunch of different sources and has a preset for music albums. Source: over 1 year ago

I've been using Tellico for a few years now. You can retrieve metadata from a number of sources, search for books based on ISBN and other factors, and even track lending. It's FOSS and actively maintained (latest release came out in February). It's a standalone desktop app, so no docker is necessary. Source: about 2 years ago
