Aha that's just an inline footnote, we support both in Supernotes. So you can quickly write ^[Name of Reference] (that will auto assign it the number 1 once rendered) rather than [^1] ... Copy the whole document, and insert it into TED Notepad - now it's only a question of a few keystrokes before you have extracted all words and made an alphabetized list showing the number of times each word appear. (word frequency) This is also a great way to catch alternate spellings which your spell-checker might not flag.
