The day iD adds a simple way to measure width on aerial, it will get mapped everywhere. I exaggerate, but OSM is a work in progress and better tools means better maps. For maps, Google is one option however google allows you to download maps by certain boundaries/area. Try HereWeGo maps and download free full offline maps. SygicMaps is another option however it’s paid app. Source: about 1 year ago
