It is very well built with simplicity in mind. There are several themes and all of them look amazing. I love the "typewriter" and "focus" mode. In contrast with other apps that focus the current window and remove all visibility options, Typora goes one step ahead and fades down all other paragraphs as well.

In the past I've used https://manycam.com/ to select virtual cameras as an input source as if it's a stand alone, usb camera. it's the only way I know how to do anything like that at all, good luck! Source: about 3 years ago

I organized my life into domains, and got okay at using grep to replace it. My saving grace that I would pay twice for is https://typora.io. Though worth mentioning Apple Notes has come a long way. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
Typora https://typora.io/ Open source — https://hackmd.io/ I’ve used all three, the first two are are WYSIWYG. All are collaborative. HackMD has a nice two window editor that renders MD as you type. Curious how Vrite compares with these. - Source: Hacker News / 11 months ago
