Configuration of MangoHud is explained in the README at the MangoHud git repo. It will tell you what to put in your ~/.config/MangoHud/MangoHud.conf. You can have it set up as described within like 90 seconds. If you don't already have MangoHud installed, just install it using the AUR helper of your choice (or if you have the Pamac GUI installed, you can use that). You don't get to overclock a Monitor or you'll suffer the consequences of buying a new one. I used to use the Guru of Monitors of https://entechtaiwan.com/util/ps.shtm and I was as careless yourself to overclock an old monitor of mine and it died out much sooner within Warranty period but not accepted due to it was found out running it out of Frequency.
