Official Sites for raws and translation both, if you read on these sites it will help author directly, but they are usually behind fan translation and also you may have to pay to read there. Most famous sites are - [For Raws] Naver, Kakao Page [For English Translation] Webtoon, Tapas, Webnovel(have LN as well), Manga Toon [They all have Mobile Application as well]. The marvel api is pretty straightforward from what I hear. Also if you’re into MtG there’s scryfall’s api. And if you’re interested in something a bit less entertainment focused there’s always Twitter, which sounds like a joke but (sadly, perhaps) it is not. Source: almost 2 years ago
