You can use DigitalPress to host your Ghost site (it's free). But, use Ghost only if you know HTML, CSS and JS, Everything in Ghost is not ready-made like Wordpress, you should at least be able to copy and paste code-snippets at proper places. Source: about 2 years ago

Please see configuration instructions here: https://ghost.org/docs/config/#mail - remember there are two lots of mail setting in Ghost. Transactional emails are sent through SMTP and bulk email newsletters are set via Mailgun's API which you can configure in the Ghost dashboard (Mailgun is the only option for this).
