  UPDATE: I got the piece of registered mail I sent to myself! I requested the scan and that worked too. But they never got the postcard (which was sent on April 15 from the same service, mailform.io).   If you're not capable of hosting the solution yourself, there are solutions that have per-agent models that will cost you much less than SchoolDude, all while being substantially more feature rich. osTicket and FreshService are both great examples.
