• How do I hide the recent folders shown when I right click the Finder app?

  Workaround is NOT to use the Finder but a replacement such as the much better and much more sophisticated Path Finder by Cocoatech or others you can find on macupdate.com If you use a different file manager recent folders do not appear with a right-click on the Finder app. Does this help?
