If I know for certain I want the book as a bounded book, I'll print it out at Lulu xPress. I often do this with out-of-print/never-in-print books I want (like Green War for Cyberpunk 2020) or books I want in different sizes (going between A4 and A5, for example). For t-shirts I go to whatever I see as an add that I think is cute (and cheap). Like Tee Public but they're shirts are also hit or miss with the prints on them. Some are great if they're screen printed, but the vinyl ones wear quickly in the washer, even if hang dryed. Source: 12 months ago
