LogMeIn Central DattoAs an IT professional, I have been using LogMeIn Central for several months now to manage and monitor my organisation's endpoint infrastructure. Overall, I have found the software to be comprehensive in terms of its features, but average in terms of performance and advanced capabilities.
One of the standout features of LogMeIn Central is its wide range of capabilities for endpoint management. From remote control and asset management to patch management and software deployment, this software offers a range of tools that are useful for IT professionals. I particularly appreciated the security features, such as password protection and two-factor authentication, which help to protect against unauthorised access.
However, while LogMeIn Central is relatively easy to use and offers a user-friendly interface, I did experience some performance issues. Yes, I understand what is happening. The "issue" is that the email appears to have been written more for IT Glue people -- and then someone edited the top portion a bit to be more Datto-specific without really cleaning up the rest of the email (or the sender/from itself). As I'm getting my stuff ready to present to my attorney, I get an email from [postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com](mailto:postmaster@kaseya.onmicrosoft.com) that my email bounced due to security or policy settings at datto.com. What the....? For real? C'mon man. I print that email as well as the others, and head off to see my attorney. He looks everything over, looks at me and says "Are all vendors in your industry... I took advantage of M365's message rules, and set up a rule that all emails from @ datto.com gets forwarded to their support email address. Which then creates a ticket, which then emails me, which then forwards to their support ticket, which then.... well. You get the idea. Source: over 2 years ago
